Delete your account

This removes your VitalMaa account and the health data stored with it. You do not need the app installed to ask for this.

The fastest way

If you still have the app: open VitalMaa → Settings → Delete Account. It asks you to confirm, then removes everything — including the data kept only on your phone — right away.

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, use the form below instead.

Request deletion here

Tell us which account to close. Use the same email address or phone number you signed up with, otherwise we cannot match your account.

We reply to confirm, then delete. Nothing is removed until we have matched your account.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, including:

  • Your profile — name, age, gender, height, weight, conditions, language
  • Blood reports you uploaded, and every biomarker read from them
  • Food logs, exercise logs, water, weight and step history
  • Vitals — heart rate, blood pressure, sugar, sleep and recovery records
  • Medicines, dose history and reminders
  • Vaidya chat history, voice transcripts and any stored reply audio
  • Cycle logs and any women's health entries
  • Family group membership, and alerts about you sent to your family
  • Photos you uploaded of reports or food
  • Your notification token, so your phone stops receiving reminders

What we keep, and for how long

Encrypted backups — your rows disappear from the live database immediately, but they can sit in routine encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups rotate out. Nobody reads them in that window; they are overwritten on schedule.

Anonymous counts — non-health usage totals (for example, "a screen was opened") that were never linked to your name are not personal data once your identifiers are gone, so they stay in aggregate.

Nothing else. We do not keep a shadow copy of your health data, and we never sell or share it.

Data stored only on your phone

A few things — like your private care journal — live only on your device and were never uploaded to us, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Deleting the account inside the app clears them. If you have already uninstalled the app, they went with it.

Changed your mind?

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop notifications, or clear your chat history, you can do that from Settings without deleting your account. Email vitalmaa.health@gmail.com if you would rather we helped you sort something out instead.
